Update: Based on feedback from international partners, the European Commission has proposed to give the parties concerned more time to prepare. If approved by the European Parliament and the Council, this change will be delayed by one year, with effect from 30 December 2025!

Important information for Importers and exporters - new EU Anti-Deforestation Regulation will apply from 31 December 2024.

The regulation applies to: wood, rubber, cattle, cocoa, coffee, soy and palm oil, as well as products made from these commodities, such as furniture, leather, tyres, paper and others.
