Notice to exporters - contractually prohibit the re-export of their goods to Russia
Datum: 23.08.2024
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued a "Notice on the obligation to contractually prohibit re-export to Russia and re-export for use in Russia" when selling, supplying, transferring or exporting specified goods from the EU to a third country.
All exporters are advised to study and incorporate into their commercial contracts.
